Casall (Caretino x Lavall I), was born in 1999 and the Holsteiner stallion moved into Rolf's stables as a six year old in 2005. In their over a decade together, the pair went on to take part in three championships and is one of the most consistent pairs that ever competed in show jumping. Among their 5* Grand Prix wins are venues like Rome, London, Doha, Hamburg, Chantilly, Falsterbo, Rotterdam, Basel, Valkenswaard, Paris and Monte Carlo. Rolf and Casall represented Sweden in the 2012 Olympic Games in London and at the 2013 European Championships in Herning where they took the team bronze and ended fourth individually.

They also competed at the 2014 World Equestrian Games in Caen, where they ended fourth individually. On top of that the pair qualified for three consecutive FEI World Cup Finals in 2011, 2012 and 2013, finishing inside the top six in both 2012 and 2013. The much loved stallion was retired in May 2017 in a ceremony that left no eyes dry - this all took place in Hamburg, Germany, where Casall also won the Grand Prix in his very last international appearance. Casall now lives by his owners at Holsteiner Verband and is a very popular breeding stallion.
